THE NCO'S SET THE COURSE FOR ALL THE TROOPS TO FOLLOW. THE OFFICER'S ARE WELL TRAINED BUT LOOK TOWARDS THE NCO'S FOR GUIDANCE SOMETIMES, ESPECIALLY 2LT'S. NOTHING AGAINST 2LT'S BUT THEY ARE STILL LEARNING UNLESS THEY HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE RANKS ALREADY.

Well currently overall I give it an average rating. But it is slowly decreasing. Leadership in the Military as far as I have and am experiencing is going from good to how does this guy out rank me. When a person can get promoted and have to lead others even though they don't know their own job, shows how leadership is falling in the Military.
