About Me:
I am currently a criminal justice student in Pittsburgh, Pa. I hope to pursue a career in law enforcement when I graduate, hopefully with a department down in Virginia. I have been preparing myself for my future career for sometime now, and I believe that with every new thing I learn I am one step closer to being prepared to become a police officer. I strive for knowledge that will help me in the future and prepare me to enter the world of law enforcement. I have a little bit of security experience with a private security firm, but I plan on pursuing another job in security in the near future.

    "This is leadership responsibility. You have to lead from the front. You cannot stand back and yell, “Follow me!" You have to stand tall and set an example. You have to take care of your troops and never ask them to do anything you are not willing to do. If you cannot do the job you must find someone who can and give that person the opportunity to do it. You take responsibility for the actions of your men and you accept responsibility for your own actions. You never ever point a finger at your men for your shortcomings and you make damn sure they know it when they do something good. If you do these things, your men will follow you anywhere you want to go."
