About Me:
I am a 26 yr old Detective that has been with the Lake Ozark Police Department since 2007. I was born and raised in Rolla, Mo and enlisted in the Air Force as Security Forces after graduating. I've been in civilian law enforcement since 2004 and could not imagine doing another job. I started with the Waynesville, Mo Police Department and then became a Deputy with the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department. I am the Department's firearms instructor and love to shoot. I also enjoy fishing, hunting and most outdoor activities. I mostly enjoy action and comedy movies. Older comedies are my preference, such as the Pink Panther series( excluding the new one). Steve Martin is great, but he was no Peter Sellers. I mostly listen to Rock and Country. I've never had much of a musical pallate for hip hop or rap. It would be fair to say that I hate it. I enjoy networking with other cops, especially instructors. This helps me become a better and more knowledgable instructor since I am new to it. I am very devoted to my family and am very proud of my brothers who are serving in the Marines and the Army. Luckily, police work is a big family which is one of the biggest perks to the job you can have. I also enjoy wrangling the occasional snake that finds it's way into my office.
