About Me:
Wow! How do you summarize all of the greatness that is me, into just a few short paragraphs.....Seriously, not much to tell, but here goes. I am a (38) year old, father of two adorable boys who now live with their mother. I see them weekly, and their mother and I get along really well. We just weren't good married. The Best job in the world, hands down, is being a Dad. I love it. I have found a wonderful woman, who also has a wonderful daughter. She used to be a prosecutor so she understands the life. She loves my kids as do I, and I just adore her daughter, so this may truly be the person I was meant to be with. On the professional side. Born and raised in Kansas. Went away for four years with the Navy and upon returning, entered into the wonderful world of Corrections. I worked for a state facility for six years, then a smaller, county facility for an additional year. At that point I transitioned to patrol work and had six years of fun working narcotics, patrol, investigations, SWAT...you name it. Small departments are awesome in the way you get to do a lot of different things. The only problem is that there is usually no one around to teach you so you end up learning on your own. My goal is to go back to school, earn my degrees and teach part-time on the college level.
