About Me:
Today I am a Field Training Officer for a Louisiana Sheriff's Department. I got into Law Enforcement in 1992, but my roots in Law Enforcement trace way back to when I was in Elementary school at Saint Joseph. The most impressive sight I had ever seen was this Police Officer that would come walk around school. I kept that feeling in my heart. And never forgot it. Though I made errors in judgement in my youth, I pressed on in life. I started off as a Police Dispatcher. Everyday I would notice some of the male Officers screwing up on the job. I couldn't help myself to think I could do a better job. But that feeling I had back in Elementary School and something taught to me in Elementary school by the Sisters of Saint Joseph kept coming back to me the "Golden Rule" of doing onto others as you would have them do onto you !!!!! I saw how some of these Officers were treating people, and saw in them the reason Police Officers are not respected , like they were back then when I was in Elementary school. Well I was denied time and time again to even test out for Patrol Positions that came availble, but with my education I knew they screwed up dening me, so I faught and won. My life was not easy, Okay this is the personal side of me now. I am 40 years old, divorced 14 years, mother of 4, ranging in ages from 24 to 15 If your doing the math I was 16 when I had my first child. I made errors in judgement in my youth, but do consider my children as a blessing. Some of the things that have been said about me, is that I am very loyal and loving to my friends. Always there for them in a time of need or not. Please don't waste your time trying to give me a line of BS, or try to play me into thinking something your not. The truth always comes to the light. And yes I am a christian woman, and am a true believer in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and am not ashamed to say it. He is first in my life and first in my heart.I am just here for friendships and wittnessing to those who need.
