About Me:
I am a eleven year veteran police officer. I received a Law Enforcement undergraduate degree with the hopes of becoming a P.O. but thought I didn't have enough street smarts so I worked with Chicago juvenile drug addicts.for about three years and decided I got what I was looking fo. I was hired by a small municipaliy and worked as a P.O. for 1 1/2 years before moving on to Westmont. Great town, great job. My husband, who is also a P.O. , and I thought it would be a good idea for me to stay at home with the children because our schedules were grueling and we didn't have family around to help with those 2 a.m. call outs. With that being said, I miss the job and am going to look for something P/T to stay in the mix and frankly to keep my sanity. God bless all stay at home moms cause it isn't easy!!! Just a new addition, I am a part time LEO for a agency close to home. IT is great to be back.

    Hi Michelle, thanks for the add. Are you and your husband coming to Bridgeview for Jimmy Buffett 24-26 July? I cannot believe they are going to allow "camping" from Wed pm to Sun am. That should make things very interesting for us. I have already been warned by a couple friends on Tinley Park PD.
