About Me:
I'm a junior double majoring in Criminal Justice and Forensic Psychology. I hope to one day work for the government, or with the FBI and be a criminal psychologist, hopefully testifying at trials or doing criminal profiling. I currently work in the President's office at my college and last year I interned with campus Public Safety. I also am in the school choir, the outdoors club and I write for the newspaper.Right now I'm looking for internships, paid or unpaid in my field in the Boston area and I'd greatly appreciate any opportunities anyone knows about. In my spare time I have fun with my friends and watch my football teams kick butt on the field =]

    Thanks for the add...good luck with your career choice. Remember, start running before the academy, wear a vest when going on a ride along and wear YOUR vest after you are hired....and thank you for the job you have done..Dispatchers are the angels of the law enforcement professional. I cannot tell you how many times my life or the life of one of my co-workers was saved by a dispatcher who knew where my job was, the area I was assigned, the resources available to us as well as where my backup was located...combine that with a calm and reassuring voice and you have a guardian angel. I also know (as do most of us with some time on) that you all go through tremendous pressure while handling a call where shots are being exchanged or one of your people gets hurt. In some ways it's even more frustrating for you because you do not have your eyes on the location and just have our input...or lack of , to go on. The dispatchers that worked with us during the 9/11 attacks were in need of debriefing due to everything they went through and everything they heard....thank you and God bless, if there nis anything I can ever do for you, please ask....Michael
