That is so sad that poor little girl. One thing I don't understand is if they knew she had mistreated the little girl before, why did they still leave the girl with her. That is the biggest problem, they don't take the kids away when they should, and because of their mistakes, sadly many kids have been kill from their parents or caregivers. The laws have to change to protect these innocent kids. God Bless Little Taylor, may she rest in peace.

Poor wee dear. That woman should be shot and pissed on. And yet again another "child protection" agency drops the ball and our innocents suffer because of it. When will they learn? How many more children have to suffer or die at the hands of their "caregiver".
