This hands down, is my favorite Starbucks drink. I order a Caramel Macchiato venti size with extra whip cream and extra hot. It takes me a half hour to savour the entire contents of this delicious drink. It is "onolicious", as we say here in Hawaii.

I am a weekly, (once a week only) regular, that I only have to say my name. I go through the drive-thru and order it.

Agree with dalizzard. Carmel Frappa-rhea. Talk about a gut-bomb waiting for a place to happen. Your stomach begins churning wildly in about 15 minutes and it wants to make an angry exit about 10 minutes later. This is where those "discrete" odor-blocking undergarments come into play. When your partner looks at you funny because the seat just rumbled you can look at him innocently and say "Oops, I just shit my pants" and go on about like nothing happened. I prefer the stuff brewing all day or left on from the previous day. IF YOU CAN"T FLOAT A HORSESHOE IN IT, IT AIN'T COFFEE!!

Very good drink that keeps me going on long days. I do agree with some of the posting they should be open 24hr a day I know I ran into one in Southern IN that was open 24hrs but I never seen one around here in midwest that works later then 2300 hours

This was my very first Starbucks drink. I told the maker that I didn't drink coffee and needed a recommendation for a first timer. She recommended, and I loved, the CM. However, after becoming hooked and it not being available one day (no carmel) I asked for another recommendation. White Chocolate Mocha. That became my number one!

Great product a little high with the price but the reward with extra caramel of course is worth the $5+ up pay for it.

The Bucks Macchiato has to be my fave if I had to choose. In the Grande, I usually get triple shot extra hot, in the venti...gotta go with the quad shot!!!

Having made this drink too many times to count... I hate it. Save yourself a couple dollars order a vanilla latte with the carmel over the top. by the time you stir your machiato up that is exactly what you have.Complicated name, expensive drink, nothing more than an upside down latte.

My all time favorite. My last trainee and I had one every morning until I found my thighs starting to touch. That feeling backed me off good. But, I still have one atleast twice a month...LOL

I'm not big on anything but plain coffee, but this is pretty good. Ask for it with a couple of extra shots and it will keep you going until you finish writing that last report...

It has what I like in my hot drink, but not sure if the ones made here taste like yours. Starbucks isn't the best of this type of coffee in Oz. =(

Starbucks rules! Where the heck are you paying $5+ for it? Just have a Starbucks and a couple donuts in the a.m, and you'll have enought nitrous fuel to keep you going. Krispy Kreme donuts are da bomb! :P

Too sweet, damn soft-ass Euro-crap. Americans should not drink this kind of fruity coffee. Way too expensive as well, you can buy a box of relaoded-ammo for that price, or for 5 bucks, or you can drink this sugar-shake.

When I do drink hot coffee and its rare since I prefer the iced this is one of the ones I drink since I like it sweet with lots of flavorthis does the job quite nicely.

Actually, I prefer the White Mocha with 3 extra pumps, great drink in the winter time.

All of Starbucks products are overpriced, and have a funky after taste. Having said all of that, does anyone realize that Starbucks does not support our Military? Too bad the rating scale doesn't have a minus side.

I had to give it one star, that's the lowest rating I can get by with. Only tried Starbucks ONE time, and that was because the hotel I was in didn't give me a choice. It took 10 minutes to get a cup of "COFFEE", not bcause the line was so long, but because it took that long to explain to the clerk that all I wanted was PLAIN - BLACK - COFFEE. Other comment I saw here are right, they don't support our troops, but what else would you expect from a company from Seattle. By the way, RPL, I want to get a cup with you. You took my coffee recipe, If it can't float a horse shoe it ain't coffee.
