This is one of the best holsters ever made. Yes, you must practice with this holster but for weapon retention on the job you cannot ask for better protection. The dual snaps and the roll release are some of the most innovative measures ever created for the men and women who put the badge on every day to protect the rest of us. I personally own 2 of these holsters, one for my duty carry Glock 22 and my secondary carry full size 1911, I will never use any other holster for duty cary, period.

Only downside is break in period. Excellent retention capability yet smooth to draw from if you know how to "dial the combination".

This holster does take a while to break in. When it was issued to me for the academy, it was very stiff and I wasn't fond of it but after working it in and getting used to how fluid the draw is, I think I'm sold.

Good holster, but if you get one, you must practice practice and practice with it. Oh did I mention, you will have to practice a lot with it.
