This is a must have for anyone that works any kind of crime scene. There are so many uses and its all there together. You always need something that you dont have. I carried this and was called Inspector Gadget, but when another officer needs something to work with they come to me...

I think that the best thing you can say about the leatherman multitool is that I have had one ten years and it has never rusted. I have some other brand multi tools that I have only had for several years that had become so corroded with rust, that they became useless. The knife blade holds an awesome edge compared to other tools I have had.

I found a leatherman "crunch" at the range in Yuma..4 years ago! We have not parted ways since!
I have not yet seen the new 'wave" but leatherman puts out an extremely high quality product that will most likely be handed to your offspring if you don't lose it in a card game.

Love the Leatherman. This is man's second best friend. LOL!!! I spent a many of days in Iraq opening cans of tuna with this thing. You can do just about anything with it and will continue to work for you. I still have the same one from 01 and it still works like it was brand new.

Leatherman is top of the line, rivaled closely by Swiss Army products. I perfer Leatherman and have one for work, one in my car, and keep one at home in the kitchen utility drawer for around the house projests.

No gal, or deputy should be without one. All those handy little tools crammed into one package, means you don't have to call, dad, brother, or your guy pals any more! Besides, I love to use it when doing searches in the jail. It reaches into areas Idon't want to put my fingers into, and cuts through the stuff the inmates didn't want me to see. I used the pliers as extra leverage for pulling too. I keep one at home as well.

I have been carrying the Leatherman Wave for nearly 10 years. I keep one for my belt, one for the truck and one for the bag. I probably could find more places to keep it, but that would be overkill. Best multi-tool I've ever owned.
