Very good for training. sometimes he fights back,(and wins)

Well it's armless and don't hit back. But it's something to relieve some stress. High impacked able to take a punch. Just try to nok it's head off.

We had this in our work out room. Great to blow off some steam and stress. Pretty sturdy considering how we treated it.

I would get one just to smack around and work out some kinks.

Best training aid for targeting body. I have even beat this with a baton at work during training and it holds up.

Sometimes you just need to beat on someone and BOB is your man you can just wail away on him and he almost never seems to mind

Bob never takes it personal when I bust him in the head.

We had a "Don Juan" at the academy. We took out all of our frustrations on him and he took it like a champ! He also got a pat on the head from each of us every morning for luck.

I have used mine for 3 years now and it still looks as good and holds up just as the day I brought it home. Just one little thing you MUST USE GLOVES, if you want to keep the skin on your knuckles!

I love beating up mine. I never use gloves or shoes. Kicking him in the head is great stress reliefe with out law suits. P.S. I must have gotten a real deal on mine, only $100.

I like being able to adjust the height for various strike angles.

Bob the bully is great for teaching DTs and Martial Arts especially to women.

Bob works great as a deception tool. Just put him in a cruiser with a uniform shirt and your sarge will think you're getting really serious about that job in traffic you spoke to him about. He won't even know you're at the bar with your buddies catching the game!
For those who say Bob doesn't hit back. Stand closer when you punch him.

Takes one heck of a beating and comes back for more! Good for blowing off some steam & a great work out. Must wear gloves though.
