    Very good up-grade...though the bulb cost about the same amount as the Maglite, it give a much cleaner light beam and longer battery life...

    EXCELLENT decision to upgrade from the standard bulb! If you've got a standard old Mag, consider purchasing the LED bulb...WOW, what a difference. Seems to help a bit with battery life too, but with the white light and the focusable beam, I ain't complaining.
