Great for the price. Available at Wal-Mart. Comes with carry case. I don't know the Lumens or CP output, but it is very bright and the runtime seems not to affect the output like some generic LED's I've used. It is perfect for a corrections environment and can be utilized for military purposes as well due to the LED color switch options. It is constructed of CNC milled Aircraft grade Aluminum and has anti-roll grooves. The only "complaint" I would have is that when you use the colored LED option the red comes on with the first push and the second turns on the green (or blue depending on which one you buy) LEDs without turning the whole unit off first. This can easliy be remedied by covering the bezel, but if not could be a nuissance in military applications. Granted it's not a surefire or anything, but it is very reliable and cost effective. Also the size would provide a better improvised weapon in a corrections environment. (The Flashlight pictured is a different model in the same series. It looks almost the same except there is another button bellow the LED button and no xenon tailcap.)

The batteries dont last very long and they can get expensive to keep buying all the time.
