| Description: | 9mm or .40 cal colapsible rifle that accepts handgun magazines (Duty weapon) |
This rifle was a gift from my brother in law who used to be a an Army MP and now runs a gun store. My is 9mm and accepts Glock 17 magazines. I also purchased a couple of G-17 30 round mags for it. It has a simple sighting system that is remarkably accurate. With 147 grain Hydra shock ammo I was getting a 2 inch group at 100 yrds. It is compact and can fit in a duty bag or briefcase. I love this rifle.
This thing is a POS. I would suggest getting a real gun, but that is just me. This is another show of how gunmakers are turning out more and more liberal-friendly weapons that are "consumer-friendly"(legal verbal vomit for "making it harder for assholes to sue us") and are also plummeting in quality and reliability.
Plus to this weapon is that mine is 9mm which is the same ammo of my duty weapon. Thus less differant ammo I have to carry and purchase. Yes I said purchase. Sight system is very easy to use and have handed it to other LEO's on the range and after a brief run down they shot it well enough to qualify. Very user friendly rifle! Minus to this weapon have some problems with the feed on the 30 round magazines haven't been able to get a fix for that yet.
I saw the video of this rifle, it's cool but dangerous for us on the streets.
This thing is Not LEO gear! No MP in any military uses this junk!
i have one of these and keep it in the side door panel in my cruiser. i have the .40 cal model and absolutely LOVE IT! it uses our issued magazines for the glock with no problem. its accurate and shoots very smooth. never had a jam or misfire with it. now its not an AR 15 so you wont get the distance out of it, but for 100 yards in or for building searches, yeah i would trust it and use it over a shotgun.
not a bad piece
cool and a blast to shoot
If LOOKS ALONE could kill....this would be the one.
