This is an excellent, affordable weapon. It is a .223 cal pistol offered by Kel Tec. I am a motor officer that carries this weapon in my saddle bag. It is an excellent option for my brother motor officers looking to have a little more firepower. It is accurate and very easy to shoot. There are many options available for it, including a muzzle brake. This makes it easy to shoot with one hand.

All the on-line reviews of the PLR-16 have nothing but praise for this pistol's weight, handling and accuracy.
The fore-guard with this weapon is a MUST if you wish to keep flesh on your hand after a session of rapid fire. With a laser on the lower rail, iron sights on top and a single point sling I have found the PLR-16 to be as stable as a carbine, with easy target aqusition. If you ever get a chance you should try this weapon.

This gun looks like it packs a good punch. The main question is where can I buy this gun at I have not seen it in any sports store. I would like to know?

I THINK that this is AWB regulated......

Sorry, .223 in something that small with no stock is useless to me.

DGM is incorrect it does not have a stock or a forward vertical grip, it is a pistol. Now if you put a forward virtical gip on it or a stock then you are in violation. 5.56 has armor penetration that normal pistol calibers lack. This weapon bridges the gap between pistol and carbine. I you put an EOTech on it your accuracy is greatly enhanced.

Sad that it is illegal to add front grips, but it bridges the gap between pistol and rifle and having that short a rifle is not legal. I'm tempted to go to the range with a thick leather glove vice hand guard same support is there and perfectly legal

I have owned a PLR since it was released to the public. After having to returm it to Kel Tec several times to work out the new model kinks, It has been flawless. It will put 5rnds in 4in at 100yrds, or put 30 center mass at 25yrds in 10 seconds or so.
