The Zetron Model 6/26 station alerting system works very well, although sometimes it takes just a little bit when you have numerous units responding to incidents . It gives individual notification of various units and types of units. The system notifies you when it is clear to give dispatch information so that you are not talking over the alert tones going off in the fire stations. The system can be connected to Computer Aided Dispatching systems to automatically select the responding units, while still allowing you to manually select units when necessary.
