Just recently was assigned a 2007 Crown Vic. I love it just as mchI have the previous ones. It seems as if it doesn't have quite as much pick up and the previous models but I loving having a new car!!

LIKE THE WAY IT HANDLES IN THE 17" RIMS, BUT WHERE IS THE HORSEPOWER?

Well I give respect where respect is due. I'm a chevy 9c1 guy. Look at my profile. That said I have a 95 9c1 and that'll be my personal project, I figure I'd a some twin turbos, and a big block, corvette drive train. But back to the p71 the first car that I wanted. Responsive and reliable

I too find that the interceptor is lacking in power, have had many issues with trunk, gas gadge, electrical. But beside that it would be my first choice. Handles nice and is pretty responsive althought not very good in the snow if you live near the mountain regions where it snows alot.

Good cars, but I miss the old Caprices with the LT-1's.

I was driving the 2007 Crown Vic PI up until last week and found it to be a very capable vehicle. Really like the trunk space as there is more than enough room to stow all the equipment that is needed for almost any situation. The back seat is a bit tight for prisoners because of the position of the cage, but its usually a short ride. I drove a new 2008 Crown Vic PI last weekend and noticed very little difference (with the exception that the steering was tighter). Good and reliable vehicle!

Doesn't turn on a dime like the chevy Impala but, pound for pound, this is my choice of vehicle. The performance and power alone make it my favorite.

Less HP than last Crown Vic. I think my Department secretly wants us slower. Democrats ya know.
