Very well organzied, easy to navigate; however, their ProQA software application is easier to use!

Confusing, antiquated, slow and look out if you lose your place! I also hear that the software is awesome and know it's cost at approx $15K. I'd say, if you do a lot of EMD calls... it's worth it!

I don't get to use these as often as other EMD dispatchers because we transfer most of our medical calls to another agency for EMS. I think if I were more familiar with the cardset then I could use them easier but so far, I am a little clumsy. Despite being EMD certified for over 3 years. =D

This is what our center uses since Jan 1 08. Working hard on getting the software version looks like that won't happen until 2009. If you have any problems I know a salesman and an instructor lives here in poughkeepsie. Both are great guys.

Many people have different perspectives about these cards. I don't believe them to be antiquated like someone said, or i don't believe them to be slow, that depends on the efficiency of the call taker. I also don't believe it's hard to find my place if i lose it. It's not like it's a book and all black and white. They're a great resource and I've taken a large number of calls using these, never had a problem. I do agree that the software is better.
