I bought this for a concelled weapon. First day out firing I put 100 rds of 180 grain threw it all shots hit in the 8 or better ring right out of the box, ranges were 7m-35m. it is smooth firing and I had no problems at all with this weapon.
I bought this gun for a backup/ concealed carry weapon. I like how it fires, however, it's a little wider than I'd like to fit in a waistband. Also, if you dont have a pretty tight grip on it, it will fail to return to battery. I am told that once it is broken in properly, it should stop doing this.. we'll see. Overall though, it a pretty darn good gun.
the trigger pull is to long waaaaaaaaaaay to long
NICE GUN FOR THE PRICE WORKS WELL. OUT OF THE BOX IT WAS SHOOTING LOW SO I HAD TO ADJUST THE SIGHTS. WORKS FOR CONCELED CARRY.
I just bought a PT140 and I love it! It is small, has a good amount of capacity and is very accurate for a compact weapon. I have shot 100 rounds with out incident and plan on shooting 200 rounds through it this weekend.
There is a bit of a bite where the grip meets the palm. ( I think due to the depth of the cut squares on the grip) But I just bought a hogue universal slip on grip for $6.00 ( which should be in today ) and I hope that will solve the minor issue.
My buddy just bought the XDm and we shot both weapons I think the accuracy on the XDm was better but the XDm is deffinately not a CCW.
