I have also carried this knife in Iraq, and I will continue to take it with me on every deployment!

The Iraq knife of choice.. I also carried one.. great knife.. still in my bugout bag now... It retained its edge and looks throughout the 2 years of bagging around the sand...

Excellent balance, grip, and feel. Not for the first time knife toter, but for anyone needing "knife weaponry" this one is a real keeper.

One question? Where is this undisclosed place if I may ask? My son is in the 82nd Airborne and before he deployed to Iraq I purchased a real nice combat knife to take with. I may need to buy him another in case he redeploys, so I think he would like this one. Is it possible to obtain such a weapon? And where might this be obtained? Thank You! McAvin

I am a big fan of low visibility backup weapons, and this one fits the bill.

given to me by a family member who took it off a dead combatant (enemy) in a undisclosed place. it is perfectly balanced, and yes you can throw it. the paracord on mine is a little worst for wear, so i replaced it.
