| Description: | This book depicts the story of Bernard Kerik, from a little boy, to a street cop, turned detective and eventually commissioner of the NYPD. It also includes the challenge of dealing with the September 11th attacks as the top guy for the alrgest police department in the country. |
A great read, from a boy capable of being able to go either way, to being a great cop and eventiually a great leader. This was a great read!
A very good book.
This book is worth reading. Despite Kerik's later problems it shows how he rose through the ranks of Law Enforcement and what he accomplished. The only downside of the book is knowing that he later turned out to be less than a shining example of a LEO.
