I have used these ear plugs when I was deployed to Iraq and they are great! They allow you to hear what is going on around you and if you do fire back, they block the sound just like a normal pair of hearing protection.

These work great!! Just like many of the electronic models out there they let you hear everything around you, but block out any loud noises. Perfect for any situation and reversable to fit any situation.
