| Description: | HECKLER & KOCH UMP SUBMACHINE GUN The HECKLER & KOCH UMP (Universal Machine Pistol) is another typical member of the HK Weapon system. Ultimate performance combined with user friendliness and highest safety standards make this submachine gun a perfect weapon for military and law enforcement purposes. The history of the UMP began with the idea of developing a product that had really been missing on the world market in this form: A modern cal. 45 ACP Submachine gun. Prior to the actual development work, investigations were made aimed at all the exact applicant user requirements. A large number of statements was obtained in order to get as complete and topical a picture as possible of what are important features of a submachine gun to the user: Knowledge thus gained has been applied consistently. The result justifies all the efforts. The UMP is a modern and yet economic submachine gun. It is lightweight, robust, extremely reliable and provides superior performance. Available in cal. 9 mm x 19, .40 S& W and .45 Auto. |
