I read this book as part of my curriculum for 1st Line Supervisor. It reads well, due to the story line and its review methods after each technique. It runs 106 pages in the soft back, so its a quick read. The techniques work wonders!

This book really has helped me with my FTO duties as far as managing a recruit in a positive light. It has also gave me a response to help someone through a negative to a positive. Plus it is an easy read!
