    I love this product I have it in my patrol unit and i have used it before in a MVA and it does wonders I would ike to see every unit have one of these in there unit

    I prefer the first responder bag you can get from Galls but when you have nothing else this come in handy.

    MUST HAVE a First Aid Kit at all times. However, for teh prices I've seen for really good ones (R.E.I., etc) you can pretty much get everything you need together and make your own setup.

    I started out with this one, but I have recently built my own and put it in a blaze orange toolbox with a logo on the front. I feel more confident with mine as it helps me remember where everything is. The prebuilt kits don't always fit everything nicely.
