Had the same one since I was 13. Never let me down. Although I did misplace the toothpick, I didn't use it that much anyway.

Handy, durable and very precise. Also see Wenger brand (same quality), p.e. swiss army officer's knive, was used in swiss army and comes in black.

Wait, you mean some people don't carry one everywhere they go (except on an airplane)? How do you survive?

Have 2 of these. 1 for over 20yrs...easy to sharpen, always use it for something. 1st Mechanic's model have used the screwdrivers to repair more things than can count. Saved me a few times. Got another for birthday about 5yr ago...think it's an upgraded Mechanic with slip-joint pliers & scissors. Those pliers and wire stippers have fixed numerous things. The scissors are the fastest finger nail trimmers I have ever seen. They have micro ridges and self sharpen, but are extremely precise from clipping nails to fishing line and stay strings from your clothes. Even the can opener can be a lifesaver if you get stuck working long hours and need to open something for food. They require only minimal maintance of oiling and cleaning lint from interiors, 3-5 laps on a whetstone and razor-shaving sharp again. It is one of the few items that has never failed me. I also carry a S&W Extreme Ops partial serrated, camo-tanto point folder, Zippo lighter & Mag-Light....because the work. Recently swapped to LED light over the mini-mag and loving the battery life. Advise, get as many tools on this knife as you need, study them before buying and prepare to have a freind for life. I will "never" leave home without it!
