    The freeware version will work great for a small department with only one computer. This software can be configured to keep your calls for service records, narcotics intelligence files, racial profiling, animal control records, or anything you want. Give it a try you will love it!

    If this is merely a database program why not use Microsoft Access in a office suite environment. Like Office 2007, then you have all the tools like word processing, spreadsheets, database, etc...
