I think this product is the best designed, disposible handcuff out there. Heavy duty, easy to carry, and the pull ring allows for quick cuffing. The only thing I have negative to say is the cost; however anything propriatary will cost alot. If the department foots the bill I'll give that 5th star, if I have to foot the bill, then I'm keeping the final star.

wonder product. use them often. make sure you purchase the cutter with them, make taking them off easier.
