I have used this product for 15 years.. Very reliable, fool proof [double locked] and easy to handle. The old link style cuffs were tough to get on when you have a fighter on your hands. Once one of these babies is on, your subject turns to run.. ...and goodbye Mr. Wrist!

Awesome, especially when they are used on someone who needs an attitude adjustment. They are often a good attitude adjuster because they are much more uncomfortable.

I've heard good and bad about hinged cuffs. But something that Doctorlako said above, once even one side of these is on, if your "customer" even trys to move away from you, they're only going to hurt themselves. I carry two sets of chain cuffs and I'm pretty adept with the "quick cuff." I think these would be even quicker.

These are strong durable cuffs. They are a little heavy, but they are also over-sized for large wrists.

I carried two sets all the time. As a tactical hand cuff instrictor I find the hinged cuffs to be easier to work with and a more secure tool to use in management of those unfortunate enough to have to be placed in them. Female and smaller male officers are at an advantage with these type cuffs which allow greater leverage during control techniques.

I carry these cuffs and I have to say I love them they give you 100% control over anyone that you put in them and most hate to wear them because they cant move around like the chain type

This took a lot of agravation out of arrests there is a lot less fight in them and not a lot of moving around in the back seat. It also helps to control the violator while walking. They're priceless I have two regular sets and one big and tall set.

I'm very impressed with these handcuffs, perps have problems trying to move their hands and it stops them from moving their hands from behind their back. Very durable and easy to work with on traffic stops.

I love these, my last use of force before moving to corrections involved a Linebacker drunk and disorderly who litterally picked my 275 lb (in full duty gear) butt off my feet with one arm after a liberal dosing of O.C. from my partner I got my cuffs on him fast while my partner's PEERLESS was a different story (yes it took 2 sets he was that big) that took another dose of O.C.

Makes them think about the stuff their in when you can't move your wrist. The best kind of cuffs all together.
