I love the phone b/c you have your PDA and your PC all in one. I use mine everyday, I connect to my home WiFi and the WiFi on the Campus I work at. It's got your basic PC programs and runs on Windows 5 for pocket PCs. All around it's a good phone, the only down side I have encountereed is that you do have to occassionally re-align the touch screen. Other then that no worries, and I've been kinda rough on mine.
