| Description: | This is a moisture wicking polo shirt originally designed for fishermen. It has radial sleeves for unrestricted arm movement, built in Ultra-Violet protection (UPF 30), a venting system that allows great airflow through the entire shirt and better freedom of movement, and has moisture-wicking fabric. |
I found this shirt by chance at Bealls of Florida. It was on sale at $30 but the list price was $45. Better than any 5.11 polo I have. It came with a small traigle "PFG" patch on the back but it was easy to remove. I had it embroidered with my name & badge. I tried to get "Police" screen printed on the back but apparently the material won't adhere to the fabric. The venting system is what sold me on the shirt. There are two 6" cuts at the shoulderblades that let a ton of air flow through. The fabric is lightweight and breathes very well. Also has UV protection for fair skinned souls like myself. There are no pockets for pens. If your agency allows you to wear your own polo's for training or special details, this is a good investment.
