These gloves come in multiple sizes which is great for those officers with small or extral large hands. The reflective plams are great to getting drivers attention at night. The price is resonable. The only problem I found with these is that the 3M reflective material is very slipery. It makes it very hard to hold onto a Mag Light. If you're not careful, your flashlight will be rolling down the intersection into oncoming traffic.
