I am probably being a little harsh on the rating but I think it is justified. I like the fact that it does not cover too much of the magazines. I like the ease of the molle straps to attach to moole gear. The problem I have is the stupid bungee straps that are too dang tight. I had to put black 550 cord thru the tabs so I could have enough to grab ahold of to get the bungees strap over and off the mags. During the course of one days light use of praticing I manage to nearly snap one of the bungee at the back of the mag pouch clean off and floor plates of my mags have frayed all of the bungees for all 3 mag pouches I have. I took one to a local uniform store to contact 5.11 to see if the y would fix the problem. Since writing this it has been over a month and no frickin' word.
