Works great! Doesn't make you go nuts, but you can gradually feel the energy boost kick in. Great for 3rd shift.

Doesn't taste too bad, definitly works fast, and as advertised you don't have a disableing crash when it wears off.

Save your money. Buy yourself a good B complex or B12 supplement, since thats the active ingredient here. It does work if you can afford it. Too expensive for me. Lotta hype, cute packaging ...............

I keep a bottle of this stuff on me every day. For those long night shifts, I take one about half-way through the shift, and am still able to to sleep soundly when I get home. Hey, with no sugar, and with extra B-vitamins, it's great for STRESS too! I highly recommend this stuff! One quick shot (about 2 gulps for me), it has a blueberry-like flavor (does leave a bit of aftertaste - but not for long), and I'm thinking clear again. Just try one. Hey, if it doesn't work the same for you, you've only spent $2-3 bucks...but if it DOES work, it can help you on those tough nights...(paperwork comes to mind? *grin*)

This stuff is absolutely amazing! It works almost instantaneously and lasts a minimum of 5 hours. It usually works at least 8 for me. It's great for those mornings when you just can't drag yourself out of bed or are desperately in need of a power nap, but have no time or place to grab those zzz's. There is no crash from this, either, as it is only 4 calories for the entire bottle. The berry flavor tastes pretty good. I haven't tried lemon-lime, as the clerk at the convenience store told me it tasted like puke. I may try it in a pinch, though.

Great "trucker dope" helps a guy stay up without a bad crash. It also goes well with beer, when you need a pick me up!

Tastes horrible. If you are already a caffeine addict, does nothing for you.

This stuff is crap, I'm not a caffeine drinker but when I took this for my high school finals back in 2006 it didn't do anything. It tasted like crap and not worth 5 dollars.

A tad pricey but it is a shot. It will keep you going without a crash, and isnt full of caffeine, taurine or guarana. Only 4 calories, and B vitamins and Amino Acids. It can taste rough, but mix it with juice or a gatorade, or just have a stick of gum.

Great stuff. I use it on a regular basis. Not sure i could pull all my shifts with out it.

It's tastes like a shot of Nyquil, but it gets me through midnight shift !!

Great if you enjoy being cracked out for two or three hours. It really does work very well, but it makes you feel like you're on amphetamines... So... yes it does work very well, but it tastes horrible and will probably kill you if you down a few in under an hour...lol

Helps get the slow days going

My Supervisor uses this sometimes, so I tried it too. It works well, give you an energy boost. We work two 12 hour days then two 12 hour nights, so often feel like on constant jet lag so to say. I do not like to drink more then one cup of coffee on our night shifts, and I do not like to use the energy drinks too much either, they can irritate my stomach.Same thing with any of the stay awake type of pills.Overdoing it on caffiene is not a good thing. I really do not like to use anything on a regular basis, but I do like this product, and the vitamins, ect in it.When I need a boost of energy, I do recommend it. But as with anything new, try it when you are not working, just at home, so you can feel comfortable on how you react to it.

Horrible. Tasted like the worst cough syrup ever, and burned my stomach for hours, I only drank half and was sick.

not the best tasting, but if you mix it with something similar (orange flavor with orange juice) you don't taste it at all. I'm gonna look for the B-complex vitamins recommended and try that next midnight rotation.

I have used this often. 5 hour energy, it is exactly that, an energy drink. It's like the bigger (one pint) ones. If you takes this make sure you only have one. Do not drink it with another kind of energy drink, atleast not when you are still buzzing off of it. If you do however try it with something else you may become dependent and addicted to energy drinks. If you're not so tolerent and are new to energy drinking you'll probably be thinking you're gonna die. I've been told the effects are similar to the effects of Cocaine. That brings it to GNC territory, like "Redline." 5 hour energy drink lasts for 5 hours. I drank one before a 6 hour shift and I was pretty sluggish an hour before it was over. I feel it does have a 'lull,' but not a fullblown crash. Good stuff over all.

i use this way to much than the regular suggested intake.

3 of these help me safely and effectively make it on a 23 hour road trip with very minimal delays or sleep. Great for when you know you need a good long lasting burst of energy.

Decent juice. I can milk it at half morning half late afternoon. Keeps my alert, not jittery, and I can still sleep at night without doing the funky chicken.

These are great - good pick up just before the gym. No jitters, good taste.

5 Hour energy drink really does work. No jitters... only problenm I have is no matter what flavor u get it is horrid...

This product works, but definitely gave me jitters. Actually, I had two of them during a 12 hour drive from Indy to Hampton, VA and ended up having my hands, chest, and face go numb towards the end of the drive. Use this product sparingly. And, the taste could be alot better. Couldnt get the aftertaste out of my mouth for miles!!!

Price vs. result = not worth it.

This product is great!! Actually tastes good too - I love the mixed berry flavor. I drove a 18wheeler around the country for several years. My shift usually started around midnight, so I'd be up all night. Rough! To the point, I've tried multiple different kinds of energy drinks, supplements, etc, and none worked as good as this. Never let me down with a crash or gave me the jitters, like most do. Ive been recommending this product to everyone i know, and some i dont, ever since I started using it years ago.Good stuff - keeps us movin..

I drank one of these to try and replace energy drinks, I took it at the beginning of my shift and couldn't stay awake an hour later, they should call it one hour energy

I've tried this several times when I have had to go to boring training classes. Didnt do a thing for me. Tastes like crap and where do they get off making it so expensive. Thumbs down.

I'm a fan. I drink 1/2 of one when I get to the range early in the morning and then the other half right after my first round of shooting. Works. I am still qualified to carry my gun.

No drag down later. No shakes. Same caffiene with less sugar than the soda I would have to drink instead. (i hate coffee)

Tastes weird, but does the job.

I can actually reach a serious burn during my workouts and know that I will last until I'm finished. It has that nasty taste to it, like concentrated red bull. On the other hand,it replaces my ginseng and coffee cocktail...lol!

Three stars for great energy, but if taken for a long period of time, the affects don't last five hours. But five hour energy has an answer for that. It's five hour energy Black! Now your talking. More of everything that is great about it.

I liked the product. At least it doesn't have the sugar content that the full size drinks do. Any bit of energy help is great....especially when one works the third shift.....Lee

The orange and lemon lime taste pretty bad .......berry is acutally good ....sold in 6 packs at walmart if you need it on a regular basis about $11 which beats the price at the stop n rob....be careful not to mix with other caffine drinks until you gauge its effect which is a little different for everyone. Great for those back to back shifts when sleep is not an option.

Expensive as hell but at least it gets me through the shift awake and focused and that's what it's all about.

Not bad, worked for me when i had one before i started feeling drowsy. if i was getting tired, it didn't work. worked wonders while in academy for Crim. Law. got a case at Sams for $36. passed out half to classmates so they would stop sleeping on me in class.

Tastes terrible, but it works!! Take it from a guy who works the mids & knows what tired is!
