I was a die-hard Surefire fan...until I tried this light. My favorite things about it: it's smaller than a Surefire 6P, but produces the same light output (65 lumens) and uses cheaper AAA batteries instead of the Surefire 123A batteries which cost $2 each. Oh, and the batteries on this light last for 50 hours, compared to 1 hour for the Surefire 6P. The light beam is pre-focused, just like with Surefire. The initial cost is about the same as a Surefire 6P, but this light will quickly pay for itself with what you'll save on batteries.

This product is awesome. It is easy to get on and off, and does not require the dexterity and fine muscle memory that an M3 light does. It is VERY bright and well worth the money. I use it as a primary light all the time. Just make sure your put fresh batteries in when you buy the light. Very impressed!
