The ear cusion is comfortable at first but soon it makes your ear warm and sweaty. It is nice that you can turn the ear piece part around so you can wear it on which ever ear that you prefer. There have also been complaints from Officers or other units on the other end of the radio that the microphone on the headset makes it really hard to hear the Dispatchers radio traffic.
