| Description: | Buffalo Wings are deep fried and then coated in sauce. Traditional Buffalo style chicken wing sauce is composed of two ingredients: a vinegar-based cayenne pepper hot sauce and margarine or butter. Buffalo wings may also be prepared with breading and sauce, although many purists would consider breaded wings not to be genuine "Buffalo" style wings.[citation needed] Buffalo wings are named after the city of Buffalo, New York, where they originated. |

The Anchor Bar in Buffalo NY is where they originated from... The recipe is Franks Red Hot and butter, add Garlic and spices and coat well... not a low calorie food! But perfect for breakfast and hangovers!!!

Anyone ever been to Wing Stop? I just went on Saturday and it was great as usual. MMMMMMMMMM, original hot sauce. If you're into really hot ask for the atomic sauce, that nearly killed me.

love um !!! i wish $5.00 was the price more like $7 or $8 for 12 we have a great place here in town called "em r wing" they have one called shearon harris hot whch is the name of the nuclear plant near by. i tried some took a qt of milk for my mouth to quit burning !!!
