This phone, from my perspective, has been pretty awesome. I love the full size keyboard and VZ Navigator runs awesome on it. The large screen is great for getting GPS directions - and I rarely ever get lost anymore!!

However, I can't give it the full stars it wants because my husband and half of my friends HATE my phone. Every time we speak on the phone they can't hear me over all the background noise my phone has!! It picks up everything around me more than it does my own voice! It's only my phone that has this issue, and Verizon has replaced it, given it the upgrades...nothing. Still irritating! I'll be getting a new phone when my new-every-2 comes around, but I'm hoping that the new EnV will fix these issues for me, since I really like it!
