| Description: | VHS In-Car video system featuring GPS Location, 900 MHz wireless digital mic pack, and Nite-Watch night vision camera. Also includes covert back seat mic and RADAR interface. |
Great camera system with amazing sound quality. I have used three different camera systems in the past and this is by far the best. The digital mic pack has a huge range and quality is above par!
Good system. Clear video and audio.
The audio is excellent, and will come in handy if complaints are made. Only downfall to me is, when the vehicle goes over 80MPH the system automatically activates.
I have used a couple different camera systems and think this is the best yet. I like the front and rear camera option, wireless mic, night vision, clear audio and video ( which is very important ), adjustable screen setting, the ability to turn the video screen off while camera is recording ( officer safety ). There are many more great features about this system. Oh yeah I really like the feature that once record is activated the system will automatically go back 30 seconds and begin recording. I also like that once the stop button is pushed the system still records for an additional 20 secs. ( The recording times may vary, this is the time setting my department has it set at ).
The rear camera view is an added protection barrier. The cars here only have them in the front.
Excellent! But what is the price. No price attached to picture. R. Katz
Nice tool to have. It can help you or hurt you though but I love it.
verry good system. have used it alot.
Have been using this company for a number of years. Outstanding product!!! Clear picture, clear mic, long range for the mic also.
Nice system, but I wish they made a DVD model. The sound and picture are pretty good, but I wish the mic pack wasn't so bulky. I've used Mobile Vision for several years and like them overall, but they don't even come close the the WatchGuard Video system that is installed in one of our patrol units.
It has features that was not available a few years back. Seems to be an advancement in in car vids.
Good system, i hate the 80MPH rule tho.
Great picture and hadles bumpy roads well.
Our fleet uses this system. They work good, but we have had problems with the night vision cameras. We went back to the regular camera. The vaults withstand a beating, but a couple have been sent for repair.
it has saved a lot of officers from complaints and teachs us how to better our chances of going home to our families.
Why would any agency choose a retro system, such as a VHS. VHS is old tech. The future is digital. Have a tape deck mounted in your trunk is so 80's. Our dept. uses Digital Ally, a very nice system that is contained entirely in a rearview mirror that replaces your factory mirror. Nothing to run to the trunk. Monitor, recording device and mics are right there at your finger tips. Check my gear for more info.
Great picture quality. We've gone to another manufacturer now - digital - and the image quality is HORRIBLE - especially after dark. The only drawback to VHS was constant tape changes. We only used each casstte once, so the tape quality never deteriorated from re-recording.
i'm getting one in my security car
NICE!
