I bought this radio mainly due to the fact it was a 16 channel model and was much cheaper than the like Motorola radio. My favorite feature on this radio is that it actually says what channel you are changing to over the speaker so if it is dark or your radio is behind you all you have to do is turn the knob and it will say the channel number vocally.
