This is the RMS system we use. In my person opinion from using it, it is quite lacking. When we thought it was going to be a step up from Xpediter CS, we were wrong. I would not recommend this RMS system to other agencies. Unfortunately, we are stuck with it because it's not ever day the City will give us 20,000.00 dollars to buy a new RMS.

All we can do is hope that the RMS will get better, as we are being told it does as time goes on.
