This knife is a fantastic back up knife for carrying while on duty. The sheath is designed to fit on your belt under your duty belt and is best carried on your off hand side. The handle is wide and has a gripable rubber coating which makes it easy to deploy without requiring fine motor skills. The blade is double sided for slashing and pointed for stabbing. This knife is well worth the money... Benchmade makes an excellent product!

a buddy of mine has one of these. he collects knives so he doesn't really know how to use it he just thinks it looks cool but it definitely a nifty little knife to use for straight jabs. almost like you're just using your fist with a knife at the end.

I dont have the Benchmade but I have the Ka-Bar version of this and its great. But you do have to train with it. Great for weapon retention.
