DON'T TRADE WITH MidMOCo

Posted 9 months ago Approximately 3 months ago, MidMOCo offered to trade patches with me. Within a week, I sent her a patch and have yet to receive one. I have had contact with her through PM's and she gave some excuses and I gave her another chance about a month ago to send me a patch and she said she would. Well needless to say, I have got no patch and no word from her at all. Most of us know that a patch is not worth a whole lot and it's not really a tragedy by not getting one, but what is a tragedy is a member of police link lacking INTEGRITY! Apparently, MidMOCo doesn't have any. So just beware and do not trade patches with her! |

| Posted 9 months ago Hi- I've got 2 Highland Park Police Dept patches and a FL Marine Patrol patch if someone would like to have them. No trade necessary, just thought they should go to a collector. My friend was HPPD and my next door neighbor was FMP |

| Posted 9 months ago I wish I had more patches. tlwinkle379 and BCPS got there first. If I get more, I’ll let ya’ll know. I have a few LEO friends here. Maybe I can even get them on the site… |

Patches are not expensive for the most part but they ARE a symbol of our profession and because of that are something to be honored. I have done trades here with other PL members and always hold up my end or any bargain. I have even had some great LEO's here just send me some patches not even wanting any in return and I am forever in their debt for it too. Have pride in your patch(s) and more than anything, keep your integrity intact! Anyone wants to talk to me about patches, PM me and send me your regular e-mail and I can send you scans of what I have available for trade. Jim |

| Posted 3 months ago I only trade with cops anyway but the integrity issue is good to know. Heck push the issue and have her charged for theft by failure to make required dispensation, you had contract she didn't abide by it, that patch will cost her a few hundred dollars then Pain is weakness leaving the body. Obstacles are what we see when we take our eyes off the goal. |
