You get behind a vehilce on early Sunday morning... and it is allways on Sundays for some reason.... and try to run the tag, and the com center says that NCIC is down! Why only on Sundays is it down? Why does that allways happen!!?? |

Because that's when they run routine system maintenance. Or are you asking why they only do the maintenance on Sunday? My guess is it's the least busy time. |
