I want to thank you dispatchers - tonight we were getting hammered with calls - and our dispatcher, poor thing, was working her butt off - and she did her job so well, so even if she doesn't see this - Thank you to those of you who do the same thing daily.

Ditto. Dispatchers are often overlooked and under appreciated. I definitely am thankful for mine.

Lord, send me an angel tonight
As calls come in, lend your might
Let me be fast and true
To make safe those in brown and blue

Only you know what tonight will yield
Let me protect those who carry a badge or shield
With every call I put out, they give their lives
To those who may carry guns and knives

Bring them home to me, their brother and friend
To their hearts I can talk, but never mend
My hands can touch theirs in need
But my words come though, to safety they lead

I hear them scream, but I can never reach
Lord, help me, for your grace I beseech
For I am the one who helps the heroes
I keep their clock from reaching zeros

Lord, please send me an angel
And work with me tonight
Keep my boys safe
From the darkness they patrol

For to them, I am their angel
I am their greatest weapon in the fight
Lord, send me an angel
And heed my prayers with your might

It is the men and women like all of you that wear the uniform that make me proud to do the job I do.
Thank you for all that you do!!!!!!!!!!! We all work well together as a TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

It really means alot to see an officer say thank you and for him to take the time to come here and say it. These are the kind of officers that I love to work with and take good care of.

There is nothing like hearing the calm voice of a dispatcher when the S**t hits the fan. Dispatchers are one of the most important parts of our team. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I can handle anything that life throws at me~ I may not be able to handle it well, or correctly, gracefully, with finesse, or expediently ~ But I will handle it.

The LIFE LINE of communication...I know at times we get ill with each other, whatever the case my be, but reality is that we have to set our emotions aside and both do our jobs, and my goal is to go home at the end of the night...Thanks ladies and gents for getting me there.
