Hello Officers,
I am a police explorer (and college student) that is in the need of handcuffs (and key). New or used it doesn't matter to me. They are to be used for spare handcuffs when I assit the police department and also for explorer competitions. As a college student I'm on a tight budget so I'm looking for a sale between 15 and 25 dollars. If any if you have a possilbe sale, please let me know - I'll also gladly pay for shipping...

Since you are in WI, look for Striechers they have a catalog and may be in your area. There are a couple of locations in WI.
