Pit bulls on Youtube

Posted 8 months ago I've just gone to Youtube and typed in "pitbull dogs" as a search. There are numerous awesome videos talking about breed specific legislation in addition to sweet videos about pitbulls and baby chicks and babies and the like. There are also, however, some horrible videos showing fighting..... |

| Posted 8 months ago Thank you - this is the one I have on my profile page. Tears your heart out if you are a pit lover. Anything on fighting should be tagged as inappropriate and will generally be removed. I feel those videos only glorify the fighting rings and condone the sickening type of behavior. Man is the most ruthless animal on the face of the earth. Watch this video - at one point it shows a little guy/girl ripped up and says "Try finding the real enemy. I will give you a hint, it *ISN'T* me"

| Posted 5 months ago I don't understand why humans get a "trial" and the dog gets the needle instantly. Why isn't it the other way around!!! Just because we walk on two legs instead of four, doesn't mean we are the intelligent ones...... Have a great day and keep safe!

| Posted 5 months ago In Tulsa last year (or the year before) over 70 pit bulls were seized from a convicted felon and his brother, a former professional football player. I can't remember what happened on the criminal trial, but there was a great hue and cry to exterminate all of the dogs, as they were obviously bred and used for fighting. After the dogs had clogged up the animal shelter for over a year, the courts finally determined the dogs were the property of one of the men's girlfriends and all of the dogs were released to her. I don't know what happened to them beyond that, but knowing the felon (I used to supervise him on parole), they probably wound up on the dog fighting circuit again. I hope not, but that is a distinct possibility. |

| Posted 2 months ago it kills me that in a lot of places the animal shelters have an instant kill policy on pitt bulls in particular. i used to work tulsa pools in north tulsa and you'd see trash bags by the side of the road and in a couple of days you could see there is dog in it cause it'd bloat up and break the bag. as soon as that would be removed you'd see another one somewhere else or they'd be pulling one out of water somewhere. it makes you sick. and these kids would be bringing their pitts to the pool areas and you question things in your mind like: tulsa has a neuter and spay law so how do these people keep getting dogs? (though i'm sure it's hard to regulate and enforce such a law) " I AM WHAT'S I AM AND THAT'S WHAT I AM.. " - POPEYE |
