| Posted 2 months ago Hi I haven't link to see something, but i found article about that's happenned, and i understand well your situation in philadelphia, and especially that the commissioner said about the death of police officers recently. Be sure, i did not ask this question in order to said something wrong about the police officer. But the journalists said that, and i did not sure they said the true like they suppose to tell the truth about ALL the history. They did not say all, in order to make fantastic news, that's all! Bye, take care. |

| Posted 2 months ago I guarentee that they have sensationalized things. It sounds like the sgt was ambushed and shot down in cold blood. Anyways...like the latest headlines say....the final suspect was taken into custody. |

Yes, the Death Penalty is alive and well in the state of Pennsylvania. The death penalty may only be applied in Pennsylvania in cases where a defendant is found guilty of first degree murder. A separate hearing is held for the consideration of aggravating and mitigating circumstances. If at least one of the ten aggravating circumstances listed in the law and none of the eight mitigating factors are found to be present, the verdict must be death. On November 29, 1990, Gov. Robert P. Casey signed legislation changing Pennsylvania's method of execution from electrocution to lethal injection and, on May 2, 1995, Keith Zettlemoyer became the first person executed by lethal injection in Pennsylvania Thank you for trying to fix the verification system. I know you feel like a broken record, I also know, i think it is worth it. I know I don't qualify, and I never claimed to but it pisses me off those not qualified have the star. Keep up the fight. In the long run it is worth it! Semper Fi - PUP |

| Posted about 1 month ago From my understanding, the incident in the video in the link you provided took placeafter several Philly Police Officers witnessed a shooting, attempted to stop the suspects, chased the suspects in a vehicle pursuit, and then when the suspects stopped the vehicle, the Officers attempted to arrest the suspects and the suspects continued resisting arrest. Keep in mind, this was only several days after another Philly SGT was ambushed and shot. So the officers just lost a fellow officer and then witnessed a shooting. Tensions were likely very high..... Bring back RC and Nikk. |
