   HOW MANY OF YOU HAVE TRIED THE CROSSFIT EXERCISE?  (CROSSFIT.COM)  IF YOU HAVE TRIED IT, WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THE WORKOUTS?

Crossfit.. is awesome... I love the workouts and personally this is all I do is crossfit excercises///


Be careful what you ask for... You just might get it....

I am in my second week at the Off the Grid Crossfit in NJ, I love it. No other workout I have done in the last 12 years comes close to this. It does cost some money but you have a personal trainer and a different workout every time you show up.

On the fence about it. Its good for some and bad for others. It really depends on what you are trying to do. If you have time constraints its great. If you are looking for straight up power, not so much. It will get you in good shape though

I can't say enough good things about CrossFit! I have lost 75 lbs. and I'm in the best shape of my life! It truly is "Elite" fitness and will improve job performance. Also, check out www.crossfitendurance.com this is supplemental training to the main workout of the day.

I think you are correct, my biggest problem was getting away from lifting the heavy weights to doing crossfit, I will get back to the weights but it is a great change of pace.
